Proposition 36 / Substance Abuse Treatment Program

Court Mandated Drug Abuse and Alcohol Treatment Program providing special services to the community. CGICC has a contract with the Los Angeles Department of Mental Health to provide services under the proposition 36 legislation. CGICC provides counseling for individuals, couples, adolescents, and families struggling with substance abuse issues.
